Made-to-Order NdFeB Magnets and Assemblies

Although the range of magnets and magnetic assemblies we stock for next working day delivery is large, we appreciate that there will be a requirement for magnets that we do not currently stock. This could be as simple as having a magnet of the same size but a different grade or as complex as a bespoke magnetic assembly.

If you cannot find the right shape or grade of magnet or magnetic assembly, please contact us. If you need a custom made magnet, we can help you. All we ask is that you send us a drawing or sketch of your requirements for a free and without obligation quotation.

We manufacture the complete range of 47 magnetic grades for NdFeB. We also offer 25 types of coating/surface finish. Standard tolerances are +/-0.1mm with +/-0.05mm also being readily available. Tolerances down to +/-0.005mm are available as part or our Precision Magnetics range.

  • Tin (Sn);
  • Titanium (Ti);
  • Titanium Nitride (TiN);
  • Parylene C;
  • Everlube;
  • Chrome;
  • PTFE (also known as "Teflon®"; white, black, grey, silvery);
  • Ni-Cu-Ni plus Epoxy;
  • Ni-Cu-Ni plus Rubber;
  • Zn plus Rubber;
  • Ni-Cu-Ni plus Parylene C;
  • Ni-Cu-Ni plus PTFE;
  • Tin (Sn) plus Parylene C;
  • Zinc Chromate;
  • Phosphate Passivation; and
  • Uncoated (bare – recommend vacuum packing as well).

Other coatings may be possible (e.g. we are currently experimenting with Aluminium coating at a R&D level). If you need a different coating, we can look into it.
