NdFeB Magnets and Assemblies

Neodymium Iron Boron (NdFeB, "Neo", NIB) is, size for size, the strongest permanent magnet material available. It can be used at temperatures below -130 deg C and can be used (subject to selecting the correct grade) up to +220 /230deg C.

We offer a comprehensive range of NdFeB magnets and magnetic assemblies containing NdFeB. All our NdFeB is licensed. Our NdFeB is made to ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO/TS16949 standards. We offer PPAP and we offer and accept NDA (Confidentiality Agreements) to protect client confidentiality.

We currently offer 47 grades of NdFeB with 24 types of coating finish. To give an idea of the range of sizes we can produce, we currently supply magnets as small as 1mm diameter by 1mmA high (we can go smaller if required) and as large as 150mm x 150mm x 25mmA and 200mm x 130mm x 25mmA and possibly slightly larger. Standard tolerances are +/-0.1mm with +/-0.05mm also available. We can also produce with tolerances down to +/-0.005mm as part of our Precision Magnet Range.
